Rep Power: 0 I got comcast internet and standard cable tv. Getting the combo for about $32 a month for the first 6 months... Not bad, but after that, it'll probably go up to about $55. That's where you call back in and tell them you're going to cancel because you can't afford it. They might give you the deal again after that.

Rep Power: 320 it honestly depends on your area. I have comcast and its fast as hell. I think the DL is 6mb now. They gave us a free speed upgrade a few months ago, i think it was 3mb before. The area i live in is full of retired people and parents with young children under 10, so they don't really use the internet much. Gives me lots of bandwidth to ***** my downloads. You might wanna check out your neighborhood. If there lot of people that live there around say 14-28, your bandwidth is screwed...haha. Because you know there going to be downloading illegal music and movies.

Rep Power: 0 Had it just switched to dsl. The major pains I feel are that the more people on your node the slower your speed is, price, I hated there customer service, outages, and slow upload speed! My dsl is just as fast 3008 k down and 512k up for 20 dollars less per month. My question is do you have sbc if so check out there faster rates for better prices!

It so fast compare to my dsl and plus when i downloading large file it wouldn't affect the speed like my dsl does. sometime i get 5-6.x+ mbps down 350 avarge. The thing i dislike it my upload speed is bit slow , for my dsl i getting 420 kpbs up. i'm paying 29.99 month for year. overall i like it a lot for right now , but **** might happen later on so i gotta see. Are they planning to upgrade the speed for standard that what i heard or they already did?
