Anyone know of any descent condo or townhomes for rent? i need something that 2 bedrooms 1.5\2 bath for around 800-900 a month. I have a dog and my roomate has a cat, but they're both good pets....anyone know of anything on the street side? I thank you all!

I am working on a condo conversion. But they are for sale. If you have decent credit and can come up with 5-10000, you could get one. And for the same amount youd be paying for rent, you would be paying to own. Much better deal.

Yeah if guys can get that kind of cash then i can get you guys into a house without having to put anything down as long as you have decent credit. All you would have to pay for is closing costs.....
So if anyone wants to get a house hit me up and ill get u prequalified for a loan.
Renting is just stupid and a waste of money, especially since the houses equity is going up so much even now and the market is slowing. Get into a house its your best bet.
