But seriously, take the cheaper one.
I think these turbos are the same, except one (gt30r) is desinged to get very high performance on smaller engines.

what are your plans with your car?
And
Are you on a budget?
If you buy the GT30r, you better have a sleeved block with some good pistons and rods, with a badass engine management. Otherwise, you are just wasting your money, and using a turbo that is too large. It will put you in a much less efficient range if you are going to only run 10 or 11 psi.
