RSX rear sway and Honda Civic

Well I am getting rid of my boosted vic for a vivid blue rsx-s and was doign suspension research.

Neuspeed Rear Anti Sway bar part # 25.20.22.1 fits both the RSX and Civic so instead of parting it out to get a new one for the RSX I can swap it over. Has anyone else found parts that fit suspensions wise on the civic or rsx either way.

All brace bars cross over, 55mm koni inserts cross over, camber arms cross over, rear sway bars cross over. Thats about it.

Strut bars, tie bars, whatever you want to call them.
They go either way, the RSX bars fit this car, as a result, Civic bars should fit the RSX without issue. The struts are the same distance apart.
Civic struts with 16mm crash bolts should cross over, whether or not the valving is right, I dunno, call Tokico and ask the difference.
