neuspeed sportline/tokico struts/shocks

question for anyone runing neuspeed sportline springs, tokico blues shocks/struts, finally figured out the tapping noise, was spacer, removed it, now no noise and the ride is awesome, the back dropped about 1/2 inch, QUESTION, when i put the tokico blue struts on the front will it drop some to? does the front have a spacer like the rear? need to hear from someone running this set up, love the way the rear dropped but its lower than the front, this is on a 2001 civic ex, any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks!

shouldnt drop when different shocks, i think that the springs are what determine the height

This is the front strut. # 8 is the bumper stop which I trimmed down when I put my Tokico HP's on. Is this the part you are talking about?

thats not a bumpstop, thats a guard to stop all sorts of crap to touch the shaft.

#7 looks something like the spacer i had removed on the back shocks, when you cut the bumstop on the front did it lower it any more, when i put the tokicos on front, trying to match the rear with drop, you running neuspeed sports, thanks for the diagram!

The instructions that came with the new strut said to cut the # 8 part (listed as bumber stop) down some otherwise it wouldn't fit on the strut properly. Cutting this piece will not lower your car the springs do that. I am on the Eibach Pro Kit. Here is a pic from the members gallery of the bumper stop on the stock strut and the cut bumper stop on the tokico strut.
