This might not be the right place to post this.. I posted this in "LEgal Questions and Law" forum also.. SORRY for posting it here again... I just need some help from some of 7thgeners neighborhood here in NORCAL... Here it is...

The last time I missed my court hearing for trespassing and they gave me this bench warrant to reschedule another court hearing, but this time the hearing was like in the main court (where all criminals are being sentenced or something like that) where they give you the sentece for your violation... the judge said that if I plead guilty.. I would have to pay $500, 40-hour community service. and 30-day court probation (I don't even know what this is).... anyway, I plead NOT GUILTY... so I have to go to another hearing on Nov 28... THE QUESTION is.... is the fine of $500 gonna go up if they find me guilty? yes? no? some people say most likely I will be found guilty and the fine will GO UP.. What Should I Do!? What Do I Do!? How Do I fight for it? Can anybody help me out here please!

i honestly don't know, but i would assume they could seek out more than the $500 they offered. just from what i've seen on tv and stuff.

if you have a clean criminal record you can probably ask for a reduction on the fine. Then again i don't know the details of the case.

what city is the court hearing going to be in? maybe the lawyer i used to get me out of a speeding ticket n uturn can help u, if its in the area that she deals with.

in general volutarily pleading guilty u get off easier than u would if u plead not guilty and then be found guilty later. iono why its like that. so most likely itll be a little worse. sorry bro

if your found guilty its gonna be a lot more than 500.
u had to goto court for tresspassing so its not car related right? i would get a good lawyer, and just fight it the best you can. dont want DOG the bounty hunter come from hawaii to get ya. lol

Why were you tresspassing in the first place? Or were you? Need the whole 411... I do believe the fine goes up and maybe community service goes up to?

court will be in downtown san jose (santa clara courty county) or something like that....

yes. I went in to this private property it was really really really dark though I honestly did not see the sign... I don't think if that's reasonable excuse..

go back and take pics of the area during the day and night... check for street lights and such. signs behind bushes, any signs in the area that you entered... that sort...
