yo my friend has a 91 maxima im not sure but hes selling it for 1500, the engines fine a/c automatic p locks and windows um.......cant think of anything else but the tranny is messed up. it moves but sometimes the gears slip he tried fixing the tranny replacing most parts but didnt work so i guess u need a new tranny.

eh thanks but i dont feel like dropping money into a car to make it run. im thinking an older ef, eg civic or a s13 sx - you can find those around 1500 with hardly no probs, just hard to find right now.

well if ur looking for a $1500 car its gonna have a problem unless ur buying from some1 real close and feel like giving u a great deal. otherwise theres gonna be some kinda problem so basically ur gettint what ur moneys worth

thanks. ive looked at some cars but passed on em cause i wasnt sure if i was staying in state. i saw a crx and 240sx that were decent - higher miles but ran well but had some body issues, which isnt important. im kinda looking for someone with a lightly modded eg and max cost 2k.

thanks for the links, repped you guys so hit me back. ive seen the OF cars already and been to tampa racing - which has some of those cars listed on autotrader. sometimes, these people think their cars are worth gold - theres a 91 240sx with 160k asking 2000, trade in value 325 retail 1200.... gotta find someone with a realistic price in mind

Has a swaped 1.6 dual cam engine and he will include the original spare 1.8 dual overhead engine you may rebuild later.

mex, thanks for the info on the ride. it helps with all specfics - but im trying to find something in okay condition that i wont have to work on. this car is for work and work takes up all my time on the weekdays and nights. i wouldnt want to have to work on the car on the weekends when thats the only time i have to myself and the fam. thanks again.
