i was at work and this kid i work with talking smack how ill lose to him, an AUTO i was lke man stfu waste of gas. Then he said ill put 20 bucks on the line then i was OK then we raced in the back of work. 2 races first race left him like he went in reverse then he complained his vtec didnt kick in. Then 2nd race he did a little better off the line still left him then he took of like a *** and went home. all i know is i got 20 bucks

Uh yeah, it's actually pretty much a fact lol, stroll over into the street encounters section. A custom t28 setup on an auto vic would be right on par with a type-s, with the 5 speeds beating them just about every time.

BUT so that Pat dosen't cry a simple I/H/E or Hondata add on would push them out of the d17 realm.

I know, search for Tnaff Pat. He has laied waste to numerous modded and unmodded Type-S's. Also if you would have read my post that was 3 above yours, I acknowledged the facts between autos and manuals. Good try though

But to back your argument you posted a thread by someone who has a manual Vic. But all I have to say is that I am glad you didn't go with a turbo setup, just save and do something a little more worthwhile and when are we going to hang out?

especially when a2s can be had for about $4k, I don't know how much a turbo kit would go for a D series engine but the a2 is a great platform.

Yeah, but I'd rather go all motor. You can do it more sleeper style w/o a front mount and having an ITR exhaust, which is what I'm looking into.
