It goes on to your quick release on teh car. And wont allow theives to come with their own wheel, and steal your car.

This is what you do, put the key in, open up the lock, which alows the ball berings the expand, similar to the steeringwheel side of the QR. Then you lock the ball bearings into place, such as you wuold with the QR (but keep in mind, you are using the key to do it) And batabing, bataboom. Its basically like when you put your steering wheel on, with out trying to use the ring ( or unscrewing the bolts), take the steering wheel off. Its is now locked onto the little nub, conected to your steering colum.
