ya know you gotta ship the tank empty right? and second - hit up DHL's website. you'll need to know the approx. size of the box you'll be using to ship as well as the approx. weight of the item. enter all of that online - and you'll get a good estimate.

Why not just quote a price for him, shipped? Or say a flat $10 shipping?
Usually on ebay I don't know how much it will be, so I quote a little extra than I think, rounded to the nearest $5 or so. If it's something heavy I make sure to tell them to bear the shipping price in mind when they are bidding...
