Every weekend kicks off with a legal cruise through the heart of downtown--it's your chance to show off for NYC, Chicago, Miami, DC, San Francisco or LA. Be one of the first Honda tuners and Civic lovers to enter. Sorry folks we're capping it at 300 competition entries--all Hondas. So bring your Honda and hit the streets loud and proud.
And the cruise is just the opener...
At the event venue, there's a Car Show-off with prizes and coverage by top publications. Of course, having 15,000 people see your creation is pretty cool too.

yea i dont get that i mean who wouldnt sign up for this if its local, seriously, but damn i cant believe your just gonna walk in and drive an 06 si that is so cool, too bad we cant really take it around the track or anything , i love how they put things in the fine print, but i seriously would rip that thing up
