FS: Bi-Xenon H4 5000k TechOne HID $250 OBO --- SOLD!
[UPDATE]
Oct 17, 2005.
New price from $350 to $250. I had these on my 2001 EL for about 2-3 weeks, and I'm tired of no high beam...
Quick sale, GTA only, and will try my best to help you install it!
(I freaking paid $512CAD, plus an additional $25+ for shipping it back for a brand new kit..... Almost $550 for this, and I'm selling for half that.... )
// End update
This is ***not*** a scam.
I just bought this last week from Xenith (He is having a GB here, I bought it from him based on his vouches on HondaTechMarketPlace.com thru Honda-Tech)
- I *personally* cannot get Bi-Xenon to work properly on my 2001 Acura EL, maybe I've got 2 left thumbs. My loss, could be your gain (in that you get Bi-Xenon HID for cheap!)
- I can say: i) yes, low-HID works, ii) yes, hi-HID works, iii) yes, the solenoid works fine. However, I could not figure out for the life of me how to mount it or get it all working together in harmony.
- I have good news - I will be buying a used 2003 IS300 soon, so have no use for this. I just want to get rid of this, as I will be selling my EL soon.
- I paid over $510 CAD for this, shipped to my door ($380USD + 35USD shipping).
- Never installed - slight scratches as I was trying to test out the system.
I am willing to let this go for $350 OBO. The reason? I can't figure out how to install it. What I can tell you is that I have at least figured out how to get it working 100% LOW BEAM ONLY... (When I do high-beam, it turns off.)
I have no need for trades (I'm not a modder), and will deal only in GTA. I will show you the low-beam on my car before you pay me cash. PM me if you have questions, and/or Xenith...
So what is the bottom line? GUARANTEED TO WORK LOW-BEAM, I PERSONALLY JUST HAVE NO CLUE HOW TO GET IT WORKING IN BI-XENON MODE!
This pic was the one provided by Xenith, I can provide you with pics from the 'actual' kit.... (There's no diff, but some people may think I'm an eBay scammer, etc.)
- This kit is TRUE Bi-Xenon: 1 bulb, and bulb moves based on high/low beam.

XYZ look like they would plug into the socket based on the top right corner of that pic. the only problem i see is determining which one is ground and which one is hi as they are opposite of each other. seems pretty straight forward.

For the individual who purchases this kit, I have one more condition:
- Please try to have pics for the install
- Pics of after the install (beam pattern)
- a review
This may benefit other 7th gen guys...
