exterior - front end looks much sleeker and agressive
interior - its nice, but just looking at it was so luxurious, we know its gonna cost a pretty penny because of this. steering wheel looks like it came from a star wars crop stage
performance speaks itself

the front looks weird to me for some reason in this picture. it seems like the frontend is missing something...maybe it's cause it looks like it's way too high up there from the ground. it looks like the front is top heavy and wider around the headlight around. i would have liked to have the bottom a little wider then the light

in the car and driver article they said 0 to 60 was 7.3 now in this one its 6.7 , but still if your driving a manual for me i was mostly looking at the tach so seeing mph wasnt htat big of a deal, but tops out at 136 thats kind of odd considering the ex went to like 127 mph, but other then that its awesome if the k series didnt take premium and the numbers were not 22 31 then i would consider it more, cause its less then 20 but still with gas its a hard choice, i like 35 mpg right now with regular

Despite the engine's tendency to hold onto revs when you close the throttle (a slight annoyance tuned into the electronic throttle), there isn't a better normally aspirated four-banger in the world.

from http://automobiles.honda.com/ the EP3 Si starts at $19,320, so if the new Si is around the same price as previously stated then thats awesome. i can see myself getting one if the price is right. Since we dont get Civic Type R's in America than the statement that the new Si is the best Civic to touch asphalt here is true.

^^He he...he prolly changed his user name
rumors rumors...oh well.
Anyways, I agree w/ Xenin, the Si supposedly at under $20k that's not bad at all, considering it has so many nice features. Although I'm sure the dealers will rocket that price to something like $24-25$ on the first few months.
From the article: "In our preferred seating position, which is different for everyone, the rim of the steering wheel completely blocked the upper-tier gauges from view. Uh, hello?"
I'd think you have to be pretty short or ride damn low on your seat to not see those gauges. When I drive my 04, the steering wheel is just right above the instrument panel and doesn't seem like it would block any upper gauges either, but of course I have to wait till I seat in the Si.

Wow. I really dig its features. However the exterior design doesn't really say what this car can do. It's still a car aimed at the general public, especially the 'reliable low-cost performance' drivers, which means it tries to please a wide audience. This is why the exterior design isn't really a problem in itself... Nothing a nice aftermarket body kit can't fix :-)
