only if you unlock it. its a gsm phone so it will work with any service that has a sim chip. BUT you wont be able to use the wireless service only the phone service. for wireless it HAS to be on tmobile.

SK2 new in stores are 150 at most autorized dealers, i can scan the ads for them if you want, if i can shoot an offer out to you less than 150 but better than 90 then we can start from there?
