the ex motor has a slightly different front motor mount. Only has 2 bolts instead of 3.

it will fit an ex, wont fit an Lx/Dx unless you mod the motor mount. At least it wont with a turbo that large.

If you use a standard T3, it may fit.

Actually OBX and SSautochrome are not the same company. Though SSautochromes manifolds look identical to OBX, they are not the same, OBX is a better quality manifold than the SSautochrome.
Go to SSautochrome.com and youll see they dont even have a manifold for the D17.

i dont know. just pointing out a possibility. because i had a kit for a 2002 civic ex that had a turbo performance manifold and turbo, that was actually installed on a 2002 ex. and it fit on that car. but for some reason hit my motor mount. Under closer inspection, that car had a 2 bolt mount

That was the first of about 7 turbo systems on my car.

the turbo performance manifold is almost exactly the same as the OBX.

And the turbo system was the original setup off the fiber images car. Not the SF kit that was on it. They only had the TP kit for about 2 months before switching.

since this is getting off topic really fast, here is some advice.....

try using a turbo with a smaller scroll. The super 60 has a thick compressor housing. Try using a standard t3. .42int, .48exh. if that works, then your good.

If this is for a stock car, that smaller turbo will do just fine. I ran one of my fastest times with a turbo i got off a volvo in a junk yard.
