and I have a shop at my house so i can do lots of work myself

then what kinda should i put in? cause i was thinking about some dark ones to match the dark halos in front, cause i am also getting a cf hood but painting from the hood lines to the fender gold again. so yeah, big plans little money

I am working on getting some springs right now, and i need wheels, but i have some alloys american racing that were on it when i got it kinda lame but at least they are solid. and i have tint, but i need to get it re done the back window is bubbled to all hell

IMO, avoid chrome tails. I think dark halos would look fine.
