Rep Power: 0 I know a girl with a silver civic than has chrome rims(not my particular taste) that goes to college down in Praire View which is about 45 minutes North West of Houston. Her name is Vanessa. I highly doubt if that was her and I highly doubt that she is a member of this website. Vanessa is not really into fixing up cars. She just put chrome rims on her civic cuz every other person at Praire View has chrome rims on their cars. She is sooo hot though!
