Need help with Pricing and Parts

I doing the I/E/ and maybe the header. I putting it all in my 2k2 auto ex. I need help with figuring out the average price for these parts - AEM V2, AEM CAI, Greddy Evo 2 exhaust, Magnaflow Exhaust. For the header what is a good one for the auto ex. Or is the stock one good enough. I'm a newbie at this. So please help me.

ebay intake is 50 bucks. aem is around 200, injen cia is 200+ probably 250. evo exhuast is 300+ ebay. same with magnaflow. they have evo "style" too. header is couple of hundred. check the for sale section in the forum. people are gettin rid of crap for cheap. and its what your lookin for.

^ any DC sport header is not that good. if you want header then go with kamikaze or HP racing header. if i were you i would go with a short ram intake. cold air is over 200 bucks and its not worth it. i have AEM short ram intake and i bought that for 120 bucks i think from coximport.com.

the reason why folks will say the SRI is better because intakes dont do much to the d17 in general. thats why he said sri is better because you save your money and could be using it for more important things/parts. if we were talking about another car like the rsx-s, then definately CAI. but in your situation of the civic, sri as you'll get the same effect...lose some low end, get high end, and nice rumble sound.

the only way to get real "performance" out of your civic is to spend lots of money sadly
the basic bolt on intake, header, exhaust doesnt justify its price for performance

also the link that dezod has for sale, that package... you'll get performance out of that. mostly because of the cams. with cams, bolt-ons can see an reasonable increase of performance. therefore, i think that package is something you would like.

lets see.... injen= 220, greddy= 450, kamikaze=200, wheels= depends on make, model, size... so = 870 plus wheels, not bad, depends on the wheels tho, probably cheap wheels that run only 700-800. so u might be getting ripped off a few hundred. maybe do it seperate and urself. Install on intake u can diy, exhaust, a little harder and header can get done... no more then 100-150. so ur at 1000 plus wheels and install.

i say injen SRI for 190 or 200, evo for 400 and kamikaze for 200 also. wheel and tire package should go for about 900-1300 depending on size, i have seen 17s with tires package shippied for 900 bucks. and to save money you could do the install yourself. they have instuctions. and its not that hard. to do the header and exhaust wait overnight for the car to cool off and raise it up. no biggie
