It has been a fun ride with the 7thGen community...but like most of life all good things must come to an end...

Tabasco has been TOTALED!!! It happened Thursday morning on my way to work...Near 51st Ave and Buckeye...Eastbound traffic stopped to let me through to make a left on Buckeye as I was coming out of the gas station. I went up to the center turn lane stopped...looked left (saw nothing), looked right (saw nothing)...hit the gas and POWWIE!!!! Corner to corner with a 95 Camero...She had jumped in the left turn lane and gotten up to about 30mph by the time I started to go...So needless to say I was at fault for doing something everyone does...it just happened to be at the wrong time...(apparently in PHX you can drive down a center turn lane for as long as you want as long as you don't cross a city street....I thought you had to wait for the opening to get in the turn lane if you are turning at the intersection...

I'm not going to bitch about how it wasn't my fault, because technically how the law works it is my fault...and I should have known better because those that were around two years ago remember that it was a similar situation that happened to me with the roles reversed...I freakin' know better than to trust that opening....

So the car is dead....As most of you know I had placed an order for a new Mustang and was waiting on that....Well I kinda needed a new care 6 months sooner...So I talked to my guy at Sanderson Ford and as it turns out they have a 05 Roush Mustang coupe coming in within 7-10 days that they didn't even know they were getting...and it is in the color I wanted...So my wife made the decision that even though it is a little more than we originally wanted to spend that we are going to get that one...So when it comes in my handle will once again finally fit me....

I will check in from time to time, but my days a civic owner have been ended by an unfortunate incident....I guess that is why they call it an accident.

BTW...Everyone walked away fine....

Sorry to see you go now too! I am still on here and I haven't had my vic since DEC. Good to see that you are ok. Post some pics of the roush stang when you get it. talk to you later dude.

Yikes... that sucks yeah I occassionally have dreams of losing the civic and its pretty scary. Good to hear though that no one got seriously hurt. So you get the mustang sooner LOL Well glad to hear someone gets one. I have tried a couple of dealers trying to get a drive and buy one but they seem to just frown at civics and their owners and give some stupid excuse everytime... Pretty GAY They act like they have a corvette right there on their lot.

I am going today to retrieve some of the parts off of my car and will be selling them to those that are interested....I should be able to get the following items:
- bored out TB
- DC Sports TCS exhaust
- AEM cold air intake for M/T
- DC Sports Strut tower bar
- maybe a Revo short shifter with kumosport bushings???

I will let you all know for sure when I get them off as well as prices...
