JDM Crank Pulley Different

I bought a AEM Power pulley kit (power steering & alternator) and what I noticed is that the JDM OEM crank pulley is different from the US crank pulley. I have attached a few pics because my pulley only have one belt running on it (Alternator, AC compressor) I am a bit confused??????

Ok just found out that my power steering is controlled electronically. Hence the reason that I don't have a power steering pump. So I have come to the conclusion that the JDM version of the 7thGenCivic is making more power than its US counterpart because since I dont have any power steering pump then that is less effort the engine has to use to spin.... (It may not be much but what the hell) Think of it as if you took off you PS belt, then you would feel a slightly faster pulloff..

Exactly what I'm saying. The JDM civics have more horsepower than the USDM civics

Also the JDM crank pulley is lighter than the USDM crank pulley. I love JDM vehicles
