For Sale: Hayame Coilovers (V2) - $325 shipped!
I'm selling my Hayame V2 Coilovers. I bought them for $650 shipped. I'm willing to sell them for $325 shipped. They are not scratched up. The rubber bushings that isolate the springs from the spring perches are missing (I took them off when installing them since they did not stay on anyway). You won't miss them. The threads on the coilovers are still in good condition.
They are off the car now. I took the fronts off first, then the rears. The rears have about 5,000 miles more on them than the fronts do. The fronts have about 5,000 miles on them.
The Hayame V2 Coilovers are a good way to lower your ride height and give you sharper turn-in because of the stiffer springs/shocks. They aren't as good as some of the other coilovers out there, but they do the job if installed right. Definately better than just a set of Ground Control coilovers.

bump for the pics, and what is the isolator thing and did you have any alignment problems or fast tire wear with these? any problems at all? i have read about many people having problems and some were fine, so was wondering if yours were a good set?

Yes, they're still for sale. They did fit on my 01, but I think they will fit on any year Civic. Maybe the bolt size changed, but you can drill-out the holes (or file them out if you don't have that size drill bit) and make them fit. Sorry for not getting the pics yet. Too busy with exams and the holidays. I am getting around to it.
