Alrighty, I have a friend that a machinist, and I was just shooting the wind with him this morning, and asked him about what he could do about making some pullies. The reason for my question is that I've got quite a powerful system, and aftermarket pullies on the alternator with a system are a big no no. If I can give him my stock set, he told me he could make some, that are the same diameter, just machined to be lighter, and they would be made out of titanium for even better weight loss. He won't charge me a thing, and yes he can get top quality titanium (ie. military grade...hrmm possibly cause he is in the army). My question is, would this be worth it? I mean yeah it is free, but would it be worth the trouble of doing this?
