sure looks like it. That caused a good amont of damage. But going that fast, and hitting a full tire could do some damage to a lowered car.

only thing that was ok was the front oem skirt. bumper had to be replaced. $1200 damage.

Dallis you need to look at my bumper and see if it will pop out. I bought the new bumper but if I could save the paint that would be a bonus. your original damage looked worst then mine did.

Shaun I told you eons ago I could pop that out. Yours has been sitting though and might not be as pretty in the end. I popped mine out about 1 hour after it happened. I'll try it though bring it over. You have my number.
