POLL: If Honda and Acura did not exist, which car would you have bought?
... instead of your Civic, and within the same price range? (I purposely did not include Acura, cuz most people would've said "RSX"... )
Just curious about what other makes/models you guys are into (besides Hondas and Acuras).
Personally, I think I would've bought the Mazda Protege 5 hatchback: 2.0 L DOHC, 4-wheel disc, fogs, 5-spoke 16" alloys, 3-spoke leather steering wheel, and receiving great reviews all over the place, and it's around the same price as our Civic EX. But, like I said, I would've bought it only if our Civics did not exist, cuz I still love mine ...

Toyota echo! I would love to try to make one of those look pimp! i would chop the roof about 5 or six inches and try to make some 20 inch wheels fit and fit some ungodly engine in there and make due with trd parts! or i want a pt cruiser make it rear wheel drive chop the top and throw in a "HEMI" in that baby and watch it scream for mercy as i twist the frame into a pretzle! id get me a nice neon, put some high performance parts on it so I can travel in time (most neons are fast enough to warp through time you know). id get me another job at McD's, so I could afford a big F-15 wing, and stickers, stickers, stickers, stickers, and once again- lots of stickers. they DO give you a 35 hp gain each, right?

hmmmm the insurance wasn't so high for a sports car, probably a celica, or push for a used eclipse or something. If not, I'd probably get a Sentra, cuz altimas are way too expensive nowadays. Maybe even a camry
