Premium Gas & Turbo's

I plan on getting the Dezod turbo kit in December and I'm trying to do some research before hand to eliminate some of the headaches.

First, I heard you're supposed to use premium gas when you boost. However, reading the thread about premium vs. regular, our cars are designed for regular due to the compression ratio. I maybe completely wrong but I didn't think getting a turbo increases your compression ratio. Is this a stupid question? Feel free to flame.

Nevermind... it is a stupid question

With boost, you should use at least 92-93. I only use sunoco ultra 94.....works great

The higher octane will make controlling dentonation much easier. That is why we suggest to use higher octane when boosting.

Yeah I figured that much out, thanks. Hopefully you'll still be around in December so I can get your kit, unlike SF.
