Alright, but how much!?@#!@?#
I've heard about this combo, but can't find a price. I think it'd match up very well to the TCS that I've got.

stock 02 sim? um i don't think they come stock. Just get one from bigjoshracing. Also I thought the 4-2-1 was an outdated design and not that great for power?
Over the past 15 years Kamikaze's Research & Development department has been dedicated to revolutionizing the racing industry. Prior to Kamikaze's 4 into 1, 1 3/4” two piece header, there were only two options in the market. A 4 into 1 full length header and a tri-y, 4-2-1. The mistake of the 4 into 1 full length header is that the primary tubes are 1 1/2” 16 gauge diameter in size and the over all length is approximately 30”. With this design you have less torque, mediocre on mid range and weak on top end. Due to the diameter of the primary tubes are too small and too long in overall length. Further, installation is extremely difficult and you need to relocate the 02 sensors.
A Tri-y 4-2-1 header did help in the early 80’s but when cars began to have more horsepower and torque. The Tri-y configuration were found useless and out dated for today's compact cars. A Tri-y header was never designed to be a performance header. It was originally designed for a truck. That needed the torque for towing. Which also fails miserably at top end. You never see a tri-y header on a dragster or any professional racing vehicle.

i think the dc race header 4-2-1 would outperform any other header on the market for the 01+ civic. (exclude those turbo headers).
the pipes have smooth and more bends, larger diameter piping (just like HP's), and looks like it'll be a great design for power. http://dezod.com/pd_dc_sports_421_2.cfm
if it replaces your factory cat converter, its gonna throw a CEL. that could be one reason why its giving more power...(catless)

Okay well lets first put some things to rest. Larger piping won't do you a bit of good unless you have the motor built and ported. All it will do is free up the exhaust and cause all kinds of torque losses. Yes I agree having no cat might increase flow rate, but why not get a hi flow cat that won't trip the cel and still passes emissions? Smooth bends? I think every header made has smooth bends. Imo, the design is terrible for a civic. Looks like they didn't put any research into this. But then again what can you expect from aem. I'll wait for the dyno where it gives 1whp. I guess thats more than the old dc 4-1 that gave 0.5whp or something rediculous.

thats an 02 sensor. the sim is an aftermarket part that tells the ecu everything is okay with the cat so the engine light doesn't come on.

Use a anti-defouler. I believe thats what its called. Thats what some rsx and Si people are using right now and you wont get a CEL. And it only costs about 5 bucks
