Hey, does the oem spoiler really give you much downforce? The looks of it suggest that it just gives you drag. I've driven my 2k1 civic with the oem spoiler at 85mph and it seems to help over not having one like my girlfriend's. I did the same test with hers. What's your thoughts on this?

I can't imagine it creates that much downforce, esp at 85mph, maybe around 120 and up it might but the design of it suggests sporty looks over actual functionality.

Well, mine kinda did seem to stick to the road a little better. But then again, it was like 2 months in between the times I drove each car on that stretch of road.
