Me and a 323i BMW coupe
This car came flying up next to me out of no where and started to mess with me. i was in the right lane going about 80. the flow of traffic was moving around 80ish. so anywayz i dropped it into 4th gear and we both took off. he pulled me to his middle of the car and then i came from behind and was pulling hard but thewre was a car coming up fast. i looked to se ehow fast we were going and it was 130mph. then i shut down. it was fun but not a fan of going that type of speed. i won so it was cool i guess. just too unsafe for me. but the agrenaline was going.
first race in a long *** time. too bad my turbo kit wasnt on still i would have beat his ***.

OK, Whats the point of modding a car then? To look at it in the drive way. So you dont street race? yeah i know how dangerous it is. most of the racing is done at night when there is not alot of poeple out.
You live in Cali right? im sure there is plenty of races out there.
that was the first time i have raced someone since i took my turbo kit off. otherqise i go with my friend in his evo. beats getting my *** kicked, now i sit in a nice leather recaro race seat.
O WELL.

I took it off cause i had alot of problems. the e-manage wouldnt hold its settings. greddy said its my car. i was blowing fuses, misfiring in every cyl. it was a nightmare. a month and no one could figure out what was wrong, so i uninstalled it. now everything sits in my house. i want to sell everything. i would have had a sick set up too when it was all done. so pissed and upset.
i would like to install it again if i cant sell it and try and make it work. but idk. i mean i could do the work, but i would rather have a shop do it. but cant seem to find a good, honest, please in NJ.
Yeah i raced my friend in his EVO. plenty of time. i know he can beat the **** out of me but its still awsome to see him pull me like i was going backwards. 415hp...390TQ vs 180hp or so. hahahah but i sitll loved my car so much more turbod. it was alot of fun.

I really doubt you truly won I mean at that kind of speed maybe he just (wisely) shut down cause it was at such a high speed (100+ i'm guessing at that point), so I wouldn't quickly rush to calling it a win.
Also I'm not gonna comdemn street racing but one can mod his car for use on track and not on public streets.

But........... you make it sound as if before you knew it you were going 130. I have had my civic close (125-27 or so) and I know, that you know it if you get there because you have alot of time to think about what you are doing.

quickly to call it a win huh. well im pretty sure he didnt let off at all until around 130.

If it was a 95 then it would have had 189hp, but if it was a 93 or older then it would have had 168hp. However I would say that they are both compareable cars becuase they not only added more hp, but also added more weight to the car. Either way a 325i should be well within the relms of a 5spd civic especially since it is a older BMW so I would bet that it is not running nearly as well as it did new.
