i cant get the 3 nuts off ... im assuming that they need to come off to take the housing out for my m3 mirrors but i dotn know what im doing

anyone guide me that would be great

you don't need to remove those screw, what you is the housing or the frame that come with your mirrors and the use the same screw from you oem mirror to tight the m3 to the doors.
If you pay attention to your new mirror you'll see a 3 holes that gonna match with the holes on the frame or housing for that.
