Rim decision, black on black????
I have a 04 black civic coupe. deciding whether or not i should go with flat black wheels or black with a polish lip. or even the hyperblack color. i dont kno. 
torn btw the colors. getting them in 16's post up your opinions and even some pics with black cars and rims of these colors, it would be greatly appreciated.

Rep Power: 0 ya at first i was considering velox's with chrome lip, but ive been 98% sure of getting flat black rims, keeping the car all black. ordering shortly, ill post pics up when they come in. thanks for all the info

I got a black civic, not a fan of black on black, i think if you drop 1000-2000 for wheels & tires, you should really see them and appreicate them. I don't think you can see black wheels a nice, if they have a polished lip they're a lil bit nice. That gunmetal above is friggin nice!

Rep Power: 0 I'd say go with black w/ silver lip. I think all black, especially flat black, is too plain. You need something to visually spice it up a bit. Otherwise it looks like somebody driving on steelies without hubcaps. JMHO.

and that is true about flat black on a black car.. just doesn't look good.
oh yeah and tint the windows too. I just did mine and it looks so sick..

I disagree with the played out part, cause i believe that if it looks good, do it. Your car is def. hotness. but those cars w/ Black wheels w/ polished lips are slick. Nice cars people....mine looks like *** compared to you guys, i'm so broke.

Yeah I actully had my doubts but when I bought my 18" tenzo r Mean 6 black rimms with the polished lips ( IN THE PICTURE ABOVE) and put them on my car i was like DAMNNNNNNNNNNN it looks tight as hell. black on black is the ****
