LONG story Short:
Yesterday: Parked my car in an area I don't normally park at for work. Come to car. Find door dent on my driver's door. My PERFECT car is now marred. I leave. Get gas. Am angry. Drive back to work. Leave note on car that was next to me.
This morning: So far, the girl called and left a msg on my phone. She sounds like a complete idiot and says she didn't ding my car. I call back and leave her a msg saying that I'm not trying to get money and only want my car fixed. I also told her that she can pay whoever to fix the ding while we are at work here. I don't care about keeping money. It appears that she either works in my building or surrounding buildings.
So I know there's no way that I can prove that it was she who dinged my car, but I KNOW IT. The way her door would have aligned to my car, if it was opened, was perfect. My car had little black scratches on the ding. My car is immaculate, gold, and shiny. Her car is black and yucky. I KNOW IT WAS HER!
I'm basically screwed, right? Obviously, she is not admitting to it.

i dunno, did you take a pic of your car next to hers?? Have her open the door next to your car and see if it matches the spot on your car where it got hit??

Rep Power: 313 Sounds like your gonna get nowhere with this. I got hit while I was working at Alpine, noboday confessed and whoever did it hit my car and parked somewhere else, I never found out who did it and I still have that scratch today!

Your an idiot. Everyone gets door dings. You can't go around blaming people for them unless they F'd it up pretty bad. You don't know if someone else parked in her spot earlier and did it. Lets see a picture of this "ding". I don't think someone would call you back if they seriously thought they had done it.

Rep Power: 351 Dudette, rebecca, just flail the kung fu kick of fury into her door, fenders, trunk (whatever you may feel) and you will feel better. I did that and now when I see my dents, I think of how bad that person felt about seeing their car after they did that to me.

Rep Power: 334 Okay, guys. Here's some gay news.
Human resources Vice President just approached me and, well, apparently, the person works here and told on me. The human resources VP (She's not really human resources; she's actually part of the Executive team, which means she's a "big dog.") told me that the other person approached her about my actions. The HR person is going to set up a meeting, so that this situation doesn't escalate. She made it seem like I was going to go beat this person up or something. Apparently, this person works here in my company. It's just a lowly Customer Service person though.
