well Im screwed!!!

So i am trying to repair my horrifically damaged suspension from a previous terrible suspension setup. Ok so on the front suspension, the plate that goes on the very top of the pring that holds the spring down? Yeah...i dont have that piece. But believe it or not I was able to put in the new springs without it....which was a very bad idea. When I turn the wheel I can hear the spring turning and going TWANG!! TWANG!!!...I am so completely screwed. I need to go order that plate from the dealer but most importantly...HOW THE HELL AM I GOING TO GET THE SPING OUT!!!! This is going to be very painful...If anyone has any suggestions please let me know.
