Konig Next 17" 15.5lbs

I'm thinking about buying these rims in Silver not the bronze. How do you think they will look on a Red 04 Civic. They are very light for a 17" (15.5lbs)and they'll run me about $900.00 with tires.

Konig brochure at Discount tire says 17" 15.5lbs. Does the Konig brochure have false information? Actually did some checking online as well. I found a number of sites that reference them at 15.5 lbs. Do you have them and they are actually heavier?

The Konig website says 18.7. So they need to find their own typo. 15 lbs is pretty light for a cast 17. Its pretty hard to believe they're selling them for that cheap if they're that light.

You're right. It does say that on the website. I'm going to have to check into it tomorrow. The website also says the same wheels in 15 x 7 are 28.88lbs. That can't be right. The Helium Silvers are listed at 16.2lbs for 17 x 7. That's not bad. I'm going to do some more searching tonight and calling around tomorrow. I'll post what I find out. Thanks for the heads up.

I have telephone confirmation from Konig themselves that these wheels weigh 16lbs a piece. I'm going order a set. When the get here, I'm going to weight them myself as well. If they are anything over 16lbs they are going to be returned.
