Well I was driving around last night and met up with a friend of mine that has a 93' Integra RS. So we started playing around and I took the car to 7,000 RPMs several times while at the peak of each gear. One time I actually went over the 7,000 marker and into redline territory which also led me to run into the 2nd gear wall. Oh well I don't care bout missing a gear or losing a race at this point. What concerned me the most is that when I stopped at the light after the high reving racing, my car vibrated allot while idling, something that it did not do before.

The idle level itself is fine, between 800 and just shy of 1000 RPMs steady, but the vibration concerns me. Is this a common problem? Is there a fix for it? Thanks!

Mine has a bit of a rough idle but very faint. And I take mine to 7g's all day or at least run through all the gears at least three times a day. I guess my quetion to you is just how bad of an idle do you have can you see in on the tach. Next is what mods do you have. maybe even what kind of gas and oil are you using. Chris

have a look at your engine mounts
i got the the same prob and i can almost stick my pinky thru it
grab a flash light and see if any light passes thru

Check the plugs. Make sure none came loose. Always check the easy things first.
