Just make sure you install whatever you get shipped there before crossing back into Canada, otherwise you will still get hit with duties.

And stay for the whole day so you can say you went there to do some shopping/visit family or friends. Cuz if you just get your stuff, install and leave, the customs officers will wonder why you needed to go to the US for such a short period of time.

They also have the right to pull your car apart, leaving a million parts everywhere and walking away from it without being obligated to put it all back together. A hassle we would all like to avoid!

Dont make them think you're a drug dealer and pull your car apart looking for the yayo!

jus dont tell em bout it... ive brought over tonnnes of parts for my car. Never paid a single cent in duty.
