Alignment problem (solved)

I use to have skunk 2 coil overs with stock shocks on for the past 2 years. One day I hit a big pot hole on I-5 it knocked my alignment off which made my car pulled to the right. last month I had Honda put in brand new sport suspension kit on my car. I took it to Sears to get an alignment and camber kit adjust it. I drove it 2 min and found that it still pulled hard to the right. I took it back 4 times in 3 weeks since it seems like they never fixed the problem. They looked at it, realigned it eveytime. So for the 5th time (today) I took it back in, the first question they asked me was "have you had your tires rotated?" I was thinking, I haven't done it in 10,000 miles. They rotated the tires, and everything was great after that. I felt so dumb, since it was an easy solution.
