Well it wasn't much of a race but I thought I'd post anyway. I was on my lunch break heading to my house around noonish. There is this two lane back road that they are doing construction on for about a mile or so. I come up on the part of the road that merges into one lane due to said construction. Well, I let someone go in front of me and I start to merge. Then out of nowhere, this a$$hat in a red Grand Prix swerves around and cuts me off. I brushed it off and continued down the road. After I pass the "end contructions zone" I roll up on a light that just turned green. Well the handicapped one behind the wheel of the Grand Prix decides to try to cut me off again to get around a van that was obviously going too slow for him. I saw him look over his shoulder at me to see if he had room. As soon as he does I downshift and fly past him. I guess this pissed him off cuz after I slow down he whips up beside me and stares at me. I start laughing and shaking my head at him. He gets even more pissed and dumps it to take off. I drop a gear as well, catch up to him and pass him like he's standing still. I guess Mr A$$hat learned his lesson this time around because he stayed far behind.

I doubt it's the same kid. I live in NH and you're way down in MD. Kid was a feefee though.

The tranny is perfectly fine. I've got about 26k miles on it with plenty of launches. Still going strong.
