New engine swaps why not old?
All i hear is K20 or turbo is it a stupid idea to go w/ a b18 these days?
I've come from a 1999 prelude to a wrx to now this slow civic lol, prelude engine its ok to mod but not all that great.
So i'd never swap to a h22, how come k20s are so much more prefferred when a turbo is a cheaper route?

it is cali, well for turbos it is , unless your like jackson racing and get your stuff carb approved, but its all emissions newer engine in an older car or same year, will be up to par with what they expect in terms of being harmful to the envoriment , but if your going just for race then you can do wahtever you want , i remember someone did put a b series engien into our cars but it was race only
you might wanna do some research on your own about why swaps to older engines are so difficult. think of switching from a more manually controlled engine to a computer controlled engine... lots of conversion.
because it's supposed to be an affordable economic car, not a sports car. If you want a sports car then you should buy one out the box. If your low on cash and have to buy a civic, then throw a turbo on it.
