Zex Ignition Timing??

Zex Ignition Timing??
Well I just finished installing my Zex wet-kit on my 2004 Lx. Zex recommends checking the ignition timing,how do I do that? Whats the default timing set at? Any help??

You cannot adjust the timing in our cars unless you are running and e-manage piggy back or if you had a standalone ecu. DOn't worry about it and do the other precautions...91 or higher octane when spraying and spark plugs 2 ranges colder than stock. you will be fine.

same with turbo?? I am using IK20s, so that should be fine, and 91 octane is the highest I can find in AZ. Probably cuz its so hot, colder states need higher octane I guess cuz the airs more dense.
But is this the same for boost? I am freakin out about boosting more than 5lbs since I cant retard it.
