Supercharger, not as much top end, but provides low end torque which our cars need, and instant gratification.

Supercharger all the way....for the same reason. All the parts on my car are for high-end power, and supercharger
would be a bad azz way to even that out.

OK, I would like to know exactly why turbos are require more maintenance.
I mean, it's not like the turbo needs to have anything done to it - it just sits there, does it's job (is controlled by a boost controller which you don't have to adjust all that often) and it's not like you need to do anything you usually wouldn't.
It runs off exhaust and requires oil - I surely hope your already changing your engine oil.
Air filter isn't going to get any dirtier than it would with a supercharger, so that can't be it....
So, let me in on the secret - why does a turbo require more maintenance.

I know people who drive turbocharged cars and they're driving habits are no different than with an N/A engine.

the blow off sound of a turbo really excites me, but I would probably go with the supercharger because I like that lowend power. I probably won't ever get any of them because I am too dang poor, but if I could, it would be a super.

Supercharge Im worried about having a problem on turbo lag. Specially our car doesn't have much low end torque. As a daily driver I usually shift at 3000 rpm

Does anyone know of any websites or articles where a turbo was installed on an auto tranny. I am sure it's possible, but I would just like to read more about it before I go to a shop and fork out $1k+ for custom piping and the such.
