Cool Just Got My '02 Civic

Hey everyone, just got my new car! It's a 2002 Civic EX coupe. Got a couple questions:
  • Would an aftermarket clutch be better for the car than a stock Honda with as the mods I'm looking to do? I can do all the work myself.
  • What reccomondations would you give for CAI or other small upgrades? Every little bit counts.
  • Any reccomondations for turbo kits that will require minimal fuel system or gasket etc. upgrades at about 5 psi are very welcome. Also, I don't really know how much turbo kits would go for so when you make a reccomondation give me a good price for the system including upgrades so for no long term damage. Thanks!
I want to get more than 127 hp... General goal is 150-160ish.

Also for you suspension people: Could I find the make of my springs without breaking down the entire system? All I know is that the car is lowered about 2.5" from stock and the springs are red.

I guess that's it. Thanks everyone!

So far 2 people have told me about a Greddy turbo kit that comes with 310cc injectors and fuel pump for the 7th gen for about $2-3g. What other upgrades would I need for no long term damage to my car at 5-7 psi?

Also, someone said that my springs are probably H&R or Eibach but that there is alot more to my system than springs if it's 2.5" lowered. So yea...

Neuspeed Sports springs is my thought. cuz those are in RED and 1.75'' front 1.5'' rear drop, but when it is settled, the drop will look most likely over 2'' drop all around.
oh btw, Neuspeed Race springs are 2.25'' front 2.0'' rear, but they come in Yellow (correct me if i'm wrong tho)

My H&R's are in BLACK (my vic is coupe too)

why is this in the FI section? anyway this forum is to help out so I wont flame.

If you want power than I would either go nitrous or boost. Now, boost will get you more than that 160whp range but its soo much better than N20. All the i/h/e for our cars suck and are a waste of money. personally I would buy a nice set of FULL coilovers (see, tein and omnipower) and a good set of rims. and yes i know you have springs

Anyway if you want turbo i would go dezod. If you want nitrous read wingwest's guide to nitrous... very informative. other than that just have fun with your car and do what u like.

I'll take a stab:

Get a turbo, you'll need a clutch.

Check all the forums for parts, esp Other Parts and Products.

No Greddy kit that anyone knows out for 7thgen. Take a look at the Turbo FAQ at the top of this forum.

Suspension? Look in the suspension forum, they can help ya.

I'm closing this so you can take a look around. Welcome to the site!
