A winner is chosen once both norcal and socal have meets. The meet with the most turnouts wins. It's not a computer thing it's a real people thing.

BTW... when are the meets?

derek PMed me, its RANDOM. even if norcal has more people show up, the computer will still pick RANDOMLY. this vBookie sucks...
until a winner can be chosen by a mod or higher vBookie will just be a waste of points IMO.
