Sealing my tail lights?

I had aftermarket lights on, and one of the the seal completely came apart. What exactly do I need to reseal them? I'm sure some type of silicone, but what type do you guys think will work good?

kitchen and bath clear silicone from walmart, believe they're like 3 bucks max

mine came apart on the highway.. i was driving and when i got home there were gone so i bought new ones and now the corner is cracked EERRRRR
