NEX Racing Seats
Anyone have or heard of them. Found them for a good price here.

They are pretty light and that's why I want them. I read in SCC they were like 14lbs, but I don't know if that's with the included universal brackets. I also heard because they are universal they can be a bitch to install. If they save me at least 10lbs per seat then it will be worth the price. I am ready to just buy them, but I thought I'd see if anyone has any imput first. Thanks.
Oh and once you ditch the stock seats your airbags will be rendered inop, correct? I know the light comes on so I'm assuming they will not function right.
Trying to get everything ready for my stg2 weight reduction.
