TEIN Performance Bar for 2001+ Civic i recently noticed that TEIN will be producing performance bars, so i contacted them....
i'm going to try and be first in line to get one of these.

TEIN is proud to introduce their line of all aluminum Performance Bars in two designs, round and oval. By using lightweight A6000 aluminum TEIN has been able to produce bars, which are not only lightweight but are also exceptionally srong. The twist and flex that occurs in performance driving is reduced with the use of TEIN Performance Bars, therefore allowing the driver to obtain the full potential of the suspension. Features include green anodized mounting plates, a polished aluminum bar, and EDFC Compatibility.
Contents of Performance Bar Kit:
Performance Bar Assembly x 1
Aluminum Plate x 1
Instruction Manual x 1
Bar Type = Oval
(Nut is included for some vehicle models.)
TEIN Performance bar is the only one on the market to be compatible with the EDFC Motor installation.

Hey, not to kill anyones hopes but that design I belive wont let you use it with the aem intakes or the like that hump upwards out of the throttle body

Rep Power: 0 tein hood dampers come out for our cars march i got a set on order.. but the strut doesnt look AEM compatible.. so i didnt order one i'll let you guys have the problem first...

Rep Power: 0 i'll most likely get both but if the strut doesn't fit over the CAI then forget it, i hope it's shaped like a Neuspeed one. It'll be a great asset with my Tein Dampa-Chi doll

All of our R&D testing was done on OEM engine bays therefore we cannot confirm the fitment of any after market intake in conjunction with our strut bar.
