Car meet/Paintball Day March 5th! 7thgen HIN cruise in the evening.
Ok, looks like we have a definite location now.
March 5th, mid morning (9-10am) at Tombstone Paintball we will be having a car meet/paintball day. Come to hang out with the socal 7thgen crew and better yet, shoot them in the face.
Pricing is taken from their website. Im not sure how up to date the site is, so it could be off by $5-10.
If you have NO equipment whatsoever:
Semi-auto, Mask, Entrance fee, 1000 paintballs $60.00
Semi-auto, Mask, Entrance Fee, 500 paintballs $50.00
Autococker, Mask, Entrance Fee, 500 paintballs $60.00
Autococker, Mask, Entrance Fee, 1000 paintballs $80.00
All the guns are Semi-auto, Autococker is just a better gun. More accurate and what have you. You will most likely need to bring more paintballs if you plan on playing all day. A case of 2000 can be split between players for about $25 each.
If you have your own gear:
The standard $20 entrance fee applies, as well as bringing/buying your own paint and money for air refills.
It may seem a bit pricey, but for those who havent gone, its well worth it. If you dont want to paintball, we'd still love to have you bring your car out and hang out as well. Im trying to see what the food situation is, so we may be able to do a little bbq or something along those lines as well.

Was brought to my attention that HIN is the same day in the evening. Im not sure if I will be going to it, but the option is there for all those who want to head to together to the show can do so. If enough people want to go to HIN we could set up a secondary meet time and location, so the paintballers have time to shower and rest up a bit. It would also give the people who dont want to paintball, but want to go to HIN to meet up with us as well.

We will probably be playing both. Speedball is a little intimidating for new players, so we may have to start with woods or something less aggressive.

Rep Power: 0 Would be nice! Alpinecivic, any word on those $5 vouchers for Hollywood Sports? I doubt they will let us use them with a private party if we decide to go that route, so we may just have stick to walkon status if we do infact get them.

Rep Power: 334 the 5th huh. I'll have to see how that sets w/ everyone at work but i'm pretty sure atleast 3 of us can go. the other 3 i will find out soon...Also at hollywood sport you can buy a all day pass for Co2 refill for i think $30. Pays off if your planning on staying awhile.

Rep Power: 0 $30? Thats a giant rip off.. Everywhere I play Co2 is $3 per fill, and compressed air is $1 per 1000 psi. Even if you are shooting your *** off, that only like 9-12 bucks a day...

Rep Power: 0 One of the places I play at has a $20 air card that is a better value then paying for refills one at a time, but you can use the pass anyday you want until it is all out. Having to use $30 worth of air in 1 day is just rediculous. Thats like shooting 6-7 cases of paint in 1 day on my autococker.
cuz its a cocker thats why,but i dont know where he got 30 bucks,the new guys are only gonna need 1-2 fills,they wont shoot that much since they will be new to it,no one does,if you go to hollywood sports you have to buy their paint,its crappy paint and they charge you 50 min.if we go to tombstone or SC,SC IS WAAAAAAAAAY better,then we can meet at Paintball Ace in norco its right by the feild and the paint is way cheaper.
