WTB: Computer stuff (mobo/cpu/etc)

I am looking for an older mobo and CPU (500mhz-ish) to make a nix box out of... don't know what kind of specs I want on the mobo... has to take SDRAM (the more slots the better), and maybe a video card too (AGP if I get a board that supports it)... also needed is a CD-RW and DVD-ROM or combo and floppy drive.

If you can help please do!!
