bad CDs, cheap CDs, incompatible CDs, etc... Put in an original CD and see if it plays.

The OEM head unit is really crappy, I had the same problem and whenever it gets those errors I wanna pull it out and threw it out the window. I yielded to my anger and bought a Pioneer 7450MP.

But I did receive a letter from Honda informing me of the major recall on the OEM headunit. The letter instructed me to bring the unit to any Honda Dealer and that they will replace the head unit with the same brand but improved head unit. Too late, I already had my Pioneer.
