Refinishing rims?

Hey I was wondering if there were any shops around the Torrance area that refinish/powder coat rims. I want the black with the chrome lip look and I was wondering if I could just get my rims refinished to have that look instead of buying new rims altogether. Any advice is appreciated thanks!
