Any experience with aftermarket OEM fenders?

I came across this fender on ebay http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eB...category=33640, and I was wondering how good those OEM style aftermarket fenders are compared to OEM Honda fenders. They are made out of the same material as OEM, but how is the fitment? Has anyone bought these before? They say they're CAPA certified.... what does that mean???
Thanks for any help.

Competitive Auo Parts A..damnit forgot what the A ment
Anyways any aftermarket part doesn't fit that perfect, if its CAPA certified it will fit better than the average aftermarket, still alittle tweaking to make the gaps right for your hood and fender, might have to stretch alittle thats all.

it wouldn't fit perfect, however, it isn't hard to fit it like stock (just gotta drill bigger holes or some little stuffs like that)

I got a good one from a local shop. Only negative thing I could say on it is that it is off by 1-2mm on the bottom of the fender by the door.
